I am so thankful for this Bible Study…

I am so thankful for this Bible study!  

Eight years ago, our son Spencer suffered an anoxic brain injury. The worse was expected, IF  he lived. I praise God for giving me parents (I am adopted) that demonstrated and taught me  what was most important. Therefore, I relied on my faith and spent 24 hours a day on my  knees bedside him in the ICU. I also spent time journaling prayers and searching the Bible for scripture to pray over my son. Praise God our son slowly began to improve.  

My heart told me it was then time for me to dig deeper in His Word. I found the perfect Bible study with @HOME. I am surrounded by women who also crave His Word and the desire to  know more. When Covid hit, our large group, which I had loved being a part of, relied on Zoom  to finish out the year. And, what an unseen blessing that proved to be! My son requested to sit in with me and 50 plus ladies. He now craves the Bible and has become a self proclaimed  Bible thumper!  

We’ve now resorted to meeting in small groups in our homes. I’ve grown to love the intimacy  of our little group of 6, getting to know each other on a more personal level, all craving His  promises. And, the online format has allowed me to share the study by inviting my friends in  Colorado and other cities in Texas. I am so thankful God continues to bless our family and very  thankful for this Bible study. BLESSED ASSURANCE!
